What roles did you take on in the group?
Research, Leaflet Design, Poster Design.
How well do you think you preformed in the roles?
I believe i preformed well and stuck to the group deadlines. It was needed for me to finish the layout design before we could finish making the final product, so making sure i stuck to the deadline was vital. I think the time we had on the brief pressured me to rush my ideas resulting with my ideas being fairly bland.
How well do you think you worked as a group?
I think we worked very well as a group, everybody had equal roles which meant the work could flow smoothly. Everybody got along and we were able to pass ideas and tell each other what we thought without any arguments.
What were the positives of working in a group?
We could all assign ourselves specific roles meaning more work could get produced at a quicker rate. We were all able to give our opinions of the product. We all had a selection of similar and different skills which enabled us to incorporate these into the production of the leaflet.
What were the negatives of working in a group?
At different accommodations so it was hard to communicate. Splitting printing costs.
What will you do differently next time?
If i were to do something differently i think i would make use of the group more and get everybody to design more ideas so we would have a bigger range to choose from. Also i think i would focus on making the product more innovative, i think a leaflet was quite obvious, maybe even designing an app which could run along side the leaflet.
Where could you have improved your resolution?
I think we could of spent more time on explaining what the product was. I think we could of maybe designed a package for it, or an envelope.
What were the strengths of your presentation?
We delivered a clear, professional and consistent presentation.We explained what our product was and how we had developed our ideas into the final product.
